Booking & cancellation policies.
Read these guidelines before requesting a session. Specific cancellation, refund and payment terms will be confirmed in writing before you pay.
Booking requests & confirmation
Submitting a date and time is a request, not a confirmed reservation. All requests are subject to our approval and final agreement on the service, time, location and any travel requirements. Please do not make nonrefundable arrangements until we confirm your session.
Payments & deposits
No payment is required to send a booking request. After we approve the details, we will provide a secure Stripe payment link for the agreed full payment or deposit. The applicable amount, due date, and any remaining balance will be communicated before payment.
Cancellations & refunds
If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. Whether a deposit or payment is refundable depends on the written terms provided and agreed to for your specific booking, the work already performed, and applicable law. We do not promise automatic refunds or impose an undisclosed cancellation fee here. Please review the terms you receive before paying.
Rescheduling & late arrival
Contact us promptly if you need to change your date or time. Rescheduling is subject to availability and approval; changes are not guaranteed. If you expect to arrive late, let us know as soon as possible so we can discuss whether the planned session can still be accommodated.
Locations, travel & event venues
For portraits and personal photography, you only need to select your preferred city; the exact photoshoot location will be discussed and provided by the photographer if necessary. Event photography requires a venue or street address. Travel outside the Phoenix metro area, special venue permissions, parking, and other location-related costs will be discussed before confirmation.
Weather, unforeseen changes & communication
For outdoor sessions, unsafe weather or other unforeseen circumstances may require an alternative location or rescheduling by mutual agreement. Please provide a working email address and phone number so we can reach you about your request and any updates.
Image delivery & usage
Photo selection, editing, turnaround time, delivery method, and any usage or printing permissions are agreed upon for each project. Please ask about these details before paying; they are not automatically included on identical terms for every session.
